KATHMANDU, Aug 17: Eight people including Raj Kumar Saiju, 29, of Kathmandu Metropolitan-32, Dillibazaar have been arrested with Rs 41,200 and 10 books of cards.
Similarly, BalRam Khailimoli, 60, of Bhaktapur Metropolitan-4, Kamalbinayak along with three others were arrested from the second floor of a three-storey house.
Police seized Rs 22,950 and three books of cards from their possession on Tuesday.
Police said they are investigating both the cases.
