The current president is also envisioned as a constitutional guardian and impartial institution. However, when the candidate is chosen based on party recommendations and elected by political parties, no matter how much the system is labeled impartial or a guardian, it cannot remain impartial or serve as the guardian of all. The practices of our three presidents have proven this.
