Madhes-centric parties to discuss formation of a new front

The meeting is scheduled for 11:00 am at Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu. The taskforce has been formed with the objective of building political power by uniting on Madhes-centric issues.

KATHMANDU, Jan 14: The first meeting of the task force formed to establish a front of Madhes-centric political parties is being held today. The meeting is scheduled for  11:00 am at Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu. Leaders of various political parties will participate in the meeting to discuss the roadmap, objectives, and common agenda for the formation of the front.

The taskforce has been formed with the objective of building political power by uniting on Madhes-centric issues. Renu Yadav and Ishtiaq Rai of the Janata Samajbadi Party, Raj Kishore Yadav of JSP Nepal, Jitendra Sonal and Surendra Jha of the Loktantrik Samajwadi Party, Abdul Khan and Sharad Yadav of the Janajatiya Party, Shivji Yadav of the Jana Pragatisheel Party, Keshav Jha of the Rastriya Mukti Party, and Brishesh Chand Lal of the Tarai Madhes Loktantrik Party are participating in the meeting.
