KATHMANDU, Nov 17: The number of Nepali students going to study in America increased by 27.9 percent last year.
According to the US Embassy in Nepal, the number of Nepali students studying in the US increased by 27.9 percent last year to 15,090. This number is said to be the highest ever.

The data was published based on the Open Doors Report of 2023 on the International Educational Exchange.
In the academic year 2022/2023, more than one million (1,057,188) international students chose to study in the US.
