Nepal records 317 cases, 279 recoveries and six deaths
KATHMANDU, Nov 11: Nepal recorded 317 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday along with 279 recoveries and six deaths, according to the latest information provided by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
KATHMANDU, Nov 11: Nepal recorded 317 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday along with 279 recoveries and six deaths, according to the latest information provided by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
As many as 12,653 samples were tested for COVID-19 on the same day. Of them, 301 PCR and 16 antigen tests were positive for the deadly virus.
There are currently 7,777 active cases of COVID-19 across the country. Among them, 7,010 are in home isolation, 525 in institutional isolation, 188 in ICU’s and 54 on ventilators. Similarly, 98 are currently in quarantine facilities.
Meanwhile, the Kathmandu Valley recorded 153 cases of the virus on Thursday. Of them, 110 were recorded in Kathmandu, seven in Bhaktapur, and 36 in Lalitpur districts.
