"The hospital does not seem as a zonal hospital in view of every angle. Reforms should be carried out in every front ranging from physical infrastructure to services," he said, adding that the ministry was ready to help for the same and thus promoting it.

Calling for active help from local level to bring out qualitative reforms in the hospital as 'government's lone efforts are not sufficient, he said the government was working to address the crisis of human resources in hospital.

On the occasion, superintendent at the hospital Dr Saligram Tiwari drew the attention of minister Thapa to human resource crisis the hospital has been facing and other problems. RSS
