KATHMANDU, June 10: Surya Heritage – a nine-storied building in Thamel – has opened booking for spaces. Issuing a statement, Surya Heritage said that the building is earthquake-resistant has features like basement parking and 24 hours water facility.

"The building will have facilities like coffee shop, ATM lounge, shops and garden," Surya Heritage said in the statement. The building will also house Surya Heritage Hotel which will have 92 suites as well as delusive, economical and family rooms, according to the statement.
