ACHHAM, May 25: A test flight was successfully conducted at Sanfebagar Airport in Accham that was closed for the past 13 years.
A 19-seater aircraft of the Summit Air today completed its test flight at the airport. Its infrastructure development works including blacktopping of the runway had been completed recently.

The Summit Air took off from Simikot of Humla at 10:30 am today safely landed in the airport.
According to pilot AD Sherpa, the crew members encountered no issues in the operation of test flight. He said they are submitting a report about it to the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal within the next two days. If the airlines' company was given permission, it is all set to operate regular flights here.
