KATHMANDU, August 12: Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration Lalbabu Pandit signed a performance agreement with MoFAGA secretary Yadav Prasad Koirala today.
Speaking at a function held at the Ministry, Minister Pandit said that the agreement has been signed as per the directive of the Prime Minister to execute works effectively in every ministry, so as to maintain good governance in the country. "This will help both evaluate the function of civil servant effectively, and provide opportunities for career growth," he said. Secretary Koirala said the agreement was important to make services provided by the Ministry and the local administration accountable towards the people.
