KATHMANDU, Sept 10: The main opposition party, CPN-UML has called its Standing Committee meeting on Friday.
CPN-UML office Secretary Sher Bahadur Tamang informed Republica that the meeting will be held at the Tulsi Lal Memorial Foundation at 4:00 PM.

CPN-UML has already decided to hold the General Convention to endorse the new statute of the party in Kathmandu from September 20. Secretary Tamang informed that they are currently working on necessary preparations for the same.
