KATHMANDU, Jan 3: Police have arrested 29-year-old Surje Roka Magar, a resident of Bhume Rural Municipality-7, Rukum East, on charges of rape.
According to the District Police Office, Rukum East, Magar was taken into custody on Friday morning following a complaint filed against him. The complaint alleges that he raped a 32-year-old woman on Sunday morning.
