KATHMANDU, Jan 5: The central committee meeting of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) will continue today.
The two-day meeting that began yesterday has decided to start the party organization building campaign from January 15. According to acting Spokesperson Manish Jha, the first day's meeting discussed conducting a nationwide campaign to complete the organization building phase on time by concluding the party's convention and general convention, forming various structures under the leadership of central members, and forming a task force to support the district committee.

The meeting is reviewing the restructuring of the central committee, advisory council, think tank, central department, code of conduct and meeting procedure.
Acting President Dol Prasad Aryal and Vice President Swarnim Wagle informed about contemporary politics and party activities in the meeting. A review of the local level by-elections was also held yesterday. The central committee of the RSP has 61 members, including chair Rabi Lamichhane, who is currently under custody as he is facing investigation over his alleged cooperative funds misappropriation.
