KATHMANDU, Jan 7: A meeting of the Central Work Execution Committee of the ruling Nepali Congress (NC) is being held today. The meeting has been called at the party's central office in Sanepa at 1:00 pm today, said NC Central Office Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel.
The meeting is scheduled to discuss the upcoming National Assembly elections.

Filing of nominations for the National Assembly elections is being done tomorrow for the election to be held January 25.
Meanwhile, the NC has requested the office-bearers of the party and members of the Central Work Execution Committee to attend the meeting.
