Indian leader Yechuri visits Chandragiri hill

KATHMANDU, Oct 27: General Secretary of Communist Party of India (Marxist), Sitaram Yechuri, and Central Committee member Jogendra Sharma have made an unofficial visit to Chandragiri Cable Car in Kathmandu.

KATHMANDU, Oct 27: General Secretary of Communist Party of India (Marxist), Sitaram Yechuri, and Central Committee member Jogendra Sharma have made an unofficial visit to Chandragiri Cable Car in Kathmandu. The leader duo of CPI (Marxist) visited Chandragiri hill on Friday via Chandragiri cable car, accompanied by Chandragiri Hills Ltd (CHL) Chairman Chandra Prasad Dhakal and General Manager Abhishek Bikram Shah. Issuing a statement, the CHL said that Dhakal introduced and briefed the company’s projects to the leader duo. According to the statement, Yechuri appreciated the beauty of the temple, the view of the Himalayas, the fresh air and the facilities available at the hill top.
