KATHMANDU, Feb 23: It was a special day for Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and the Nepali national cricket team as well. PM Oli, a sports enthusiast, was celebrating his 67th birthday on Friday with Nepali cricket squad whereas Nepali cricket members were being felicitated by PM Oli on their achievement for being in World Cup Qualifiers 2019.

As announced on Monday, PM Oli honored and handed over cash prize of Rs 300,000 each to the members of cricket squad while celebrating his birthday.
Likewise, Madan Bhandari Sports Academy handed over Rs 100,000 cash prize to them. Following which, PM Oli cut his birthday cake and offered to the players and officials presented during the program.
