RUKUM, June 25: Four members of the Biplav-led group have been arrested from different places of the district. According to DSP Sumit Khadka of the district police office, they were arrested while demanding money from the locals.

Police have arrested group secretary of Triveni rural municipality, Chhabi Lal Dharti (47), vice-chairperson of the district youth wing Bibek B.K (22), district member Dirgha Raj Gahatraj (31) and Rapti district bureau member Gorkhe Kami.
They were arrested from Triveni rural municipality-9, Sintuwang on Monday night, according to DSP Khadka.
