JUMLA, Oct 21: Eight rickshaws have been seized for operating outside the permitted border informed District Traffic Office Chief Madhav Rawat.

“The route was allocated within Chandannath municipality but the auto-rickshaws were found operating outside the border, so we seized them,” said chief Rawat.
They were seized when a team from Transportation and District Traffic were out for the investigation.
