KATHMANDU,July 29: On Friday evening, SAM’s One Tree Café at Durbar Marg hosted a food sampling of buffalo wings, an American staple food. The deep-fried wings served with fried onion rings slathered with hot sauce and ranch dressing isn't commercially available easily. The new introduction comes from the kitchen of Chef Krishna Hari Ghimire. He says, “Traditionally, buffalo wings are tossed with hot sauce. But, I don’t coat hot sauce since everybody is not fond of spicy,”
The American Buffalo wings are spicier than most American dishes which breaks the stereotype and suits the Nepali taste preference.
