KATHMANDU, Aug 13: Minister for Youth and Sport, Daljit Shripaili, today pledged to resolve the problems seen in the sector of the people with disabilities.
Inaugurating the second General Convention of the Blind Youth Association Nepal – BYAN here, Minister Shripaili said he would do his utmost for seeking pragmatic equal participation of differently abled citizens in each of the state's organs.

On the occasion, CPN (UML) central member, Thakur Gaire, said the state must identify the individual's ability and provide employment as per such ability.
BYAN Chairman, Kaladhar Bhandari, spoke of the need for a change in the society's view towards persons with disabilities. The Convention will choose a new leadership today. RSS
