According to Vice Chairman Dewan, the manifesto has incorporated a four-year development program including educational, economic, social programs, among others, based on socialism.
With commitment to create an alternative political force to champion single ethnic identity-based federalism and a proportional, inclusive governance system in the country, the FSPN had been formed 11 months ago.
A group of leaders from the ethnic and indigenous communities had established the FSPN, with the former CPN-UML vice-chairman Ashok Rai as its chairman.
