DANG, May 18: A child drowned in a stream while taking a bath in Tulsipur Sub-metropolitan City-17, Dang on Wednesday.
The deceased has been identified as Basanta Bohara, 10, who was taking a bath in the local Hapurkhola.

According to DSP Pushpa Raj Malla, he was found unconscious there and rushed to the Rapti Provincial Hospital, Tulsipur. He died during treatment.
