KATHMANDU, Sept 11: King's College has announced to host 16th International Entrepreneurship Forum (IEF) conference at Radisson Hotel in Kathmandu from September 14 through 16.
Issuing a statement on Sunday, the college said that the 3-day conference will include plenary and panel sessions, presentations and discussions of academic research, policy driven and reflective practitioner-oriented papers, empathy and networking interlude, social interaction and awards for best papers.

"The conference will also feature 13 stalls where the 10 best entrepreneurial products will be showcased," the statement read, adding: "Five videos relating to entrepreneurial journey of aspiring and successful entrepreneurs and enterprises will also be screened." A total of 600 Nepali and foreign participants including academicians, students, entrepreneurs, experts, researchers and practitioners from corporate houses, multilateral and bilateral partners from over 20 countries are set to attend the conference.
"The college has joined hands with Essex Business School (EBS), London to organize the three day-long conference with the theme 'Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Economic Development'," the statement added. The conference originated from Naples of Italy and has already been organized in countries such as China, India, South Africa, Colombia, Turkey, Bahrain, Italy, Lithuania and Latvia. It is being held in Nepal for the first time, the statement further added.
