KATHMANDU, Nov 8: The Parliamentary Hearing Committee (PHC) has unanimously approved two proposed justices for the Supreme Court (SC).
At Friday's meeting, the committee unanimously approved Nripa Dhwoj Niroula and Nityananda Pandey, who had been recommended as justices of the apex court.
