KATHMANDU, Oct 26: Tihar, also known as Deepawali or the festival of lights started today.


The first day, Kag (crow) Tihar has been observed today.

Nepal Electricity Authority premises opposite the Ratnapark in the capital looks grand with artistic light works. 

An overhead bridge nearby the NEA building was crowded with the passer-by who were busy in capturing the moment.
