RPP-N forms Bista-led talks committee to hold unification talks

KATHMANDU, March 10: A four-member talks committee has been formed on Tuesday under the coordination of co-chairman of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal (RPP-N), Keshar Bahadur Bista, for holding unification talks with RPP.

Today's meeting of the Central Work Execution Committee of the party formed the talks committee comprising Vice-Chairman Dhawal Shumsher Rana, General Secretary Chandra Bahadur Gurung and central member Rajendra Lingden as members, said Assistant General Secretary Rajaram Shrestha.Similarly, the meeting also decided to form an election mobilization committee under the coordination of General Secretary Gurung to launch different political and publicity programmes of the party during the by-election to be held in Baglung.

The meeting also discussed about the role to be played by the party in the days ahead by reviewing the national and international political scenario, added Shrestha.

The RPP has already formed a committee under the coordination of its General Secretary Deepak Bohara for the unification of the two parties. RSS
