LONDON, Nov 24: A Nepali student, who went to the UK to study, has gone missing. His family has appealed for help.
Sachin Bhattarai, 24, resident of Gothgaun, Sundarharaicha-7, Morang, who is pursuing an MBA at the University of the West of England, has been out of contract for a week. His family said that he has been missing since he left from work at around 8:15 PM on Saturday, November 16.
After Bhattarai did not return from Marston Road, Bristol, where he worked at a local Domino’s pizza, his roommate Spandan Wagley informed the family on Sunday, and then contacted the police on Monday.

His family is deeply concerned when Sachin, who had only arrived in London on September 21, has gone missing within this brief span of less than two months. A report has already been filed with the UK police for the search efforts.
Sources close to him said that he was suffering from gallstones but was unaware of any other health issues. Sachin’s family has requested the Nepali community in the UK to assist in his search.
Sachin's father, Shashi Kant Bhattarai said, “We are devastated to hear that our son, who had only gone to the UK two months ago with the goal of pursuing higher education, has gone missing. We sincerely request the British police, the Nepali Embassy in London, and the Nepali community and organizations in the UK to locate our son.” Bristol Police, as per one report, are continuing their investigation.
