The CIAA in a statement said Account Officer Govinda Prasad Baral and Accountant Narayanhari Sharma Adhikari received Rs.10, 000 as kickback.
“Thus the commission has charged the accused as per Sec 3 of Prevention of Corruption Act 2002 and a total of Rs 10,000 fine has been claimed along with maximum punishment as per Sec 3 (1) and 3(1)(a) of the same act,” reads the statement .
