President Paudel administers oath of office and secrecy to newly-appointed ambassadors

The ambassadors sworn in include Prakash Mani Paudel (Republic of Portugal), Dr Netra Prasad Timsina (Malaysia), Prof Dr Kapilman Shrestha (Republic of South Africa), Sewa Lamsal (Kingdom of Belgium) and Sumnima Tuladhar (Denmark).

KATHMANDU, Jan 1: President Ram Chandra Paudel administered the oath of office and secrecy to newly-appointed ambassadors to five countries amid a special ceremony held at the President’s Office, Sheetal Niwas.


The ambassadors sworn in include Prakash Mani Paudel (Republic of Portugal), Dr Netra Prasad Timsina (Malaysia), Prof Dr Kapilman Shrestha (Republic of South Africa), Sewa Lamsal (Kingdom of Belgium) and Sumnima Tuladhar (Denmark).

According to the Secretariat of Presidential Paudel, the ceremony took place on Wednesday, with all newly-appointed ambassadors taking the oath before President Paudel.
