TULSIPUR (Dang), Dec 24: Cabinet has been expanded in Lumbini province. Chief Minister Dilli Bahadur Chaudhary inducted two new members in his cabinet after assuming office seven months ago.

Krishna KC from CPN (Maoist Centre) has been appointed as Minister of Water Supply, Rural and Cooperatives Developm0⁰ent while Saroj Thapa of Nepali Congress has been appointed as Minister of Tourism and Transport.


Lumbini had a seven-member cabinet including the Chief Minister. With the addition of two ministers on Saturday, there is now a nine-member cabinet in Lumbini. The newly appointed ministers will take oath of office and secrecy at a special function to be held later today.
