BANIYANI, Sept 24: Police have arrested three people including one Indian national from two separate places in Jhapa in possession of brown sugar. According to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Rakesh Thapa, two people from Arjundhara were arrested Thursday night and one Indian national from Mechinagar in the afternoon along with brown sugar.
