KATHMANDU, May 8: CPN-UML is holding an election rally in Chitwan today. Former Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to address the election rally that is scheduled to begin from 12:00 PM in Campachaur, Narayanghat.
All necessary preparations for the election rally have been completed, according to the UML Chitwan District Publicity Department in Bharatpur.

UML Chitwan has stated that cadres from all 29 wards of Bharatpur metropolis will be present in the rally. The meeting will be addressed by UML Vice President Ram Bahadur Thapa, Surendra Pandey and other central leaders and RPP Vice President Bikram Pandey.
In Bharatpur, UML has forged an alliance with RPP. UML has fielded Bijay Subedi for the post of mayor while RPP has fielded Himal Gurung for the post of deputy mayor. Earlier, the ruling coalition had held a mass rally in Bharatpur.
