KATHMANDU, March 29: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has demanded the government form a high-level judicial investigation commission to take action against those involved in the Tinkune incident on March 28.
On Friday, Durga Prasai-led group staged a protest in the Tinkune-Koteshwor area, which included vandalism, arson, and looting, in support of the restoration of the monarchy.
RPP demands judicial investigation into Tinkune violence

The central secretariat meeting of the RSP, held virtually at 11 AM on Saturday, decided to demand that the government form a high-level judicial investigation commission. The commission will bring those responsible for the incident in the Tinkune, Koteswar, and Jadibuti areas on Friday under legal jurisdiction and ensure appropriate action, according to Acting Spokesperson Manish Jha.
Jha also announced that the party's central committee meeting will take place on March 31 at the central office in Banasthali.
