Representing the employees, the bank´s CEO Radesh Pant handed over a check for Rs 28,501 to the organization´s president Sagun Shah on Saturday, the bank said in a statement issued Sunday.
According to the statement, the money will be used to build a kitchen at the home. The employees also contributed other goods to the old age home.

KATHMANDU, Nov 1: KFA, a leading educational institution, has launched a two-year Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program on Banking and Insurance for the first time in Nepal.
A press release issued on Saturday stated students will obtain an MBA degree from Vinayaka Missions University (VMU) of India. The release also stated that the basic objective for KFA to launch this course is to produce world-class human resources for the Nepalese financial sector.
Students, who have completed graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50 percent marks, can apply for this course.
Jyoti appoints Ace as issue manager
KATHMANDU, Nov 1: Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited, Kamaladi, has appointed Ace Development Bank, Nagpokhari, as the issue manager for the public issue of its 2,052,860 ordinary shares.
Jhalak Prasad Khanal, CEO of Jyoti Bikash Bank, and Siddhant Raj Pandey, CEO of Ace Development Bank, signed an agreement to this effect on Friday.
According to the issue manager, the ordinary shares would be issued soon.
