KATHMANDU, Nov 7: The road connecting Sitapaila, Kathmandu, to Dharke, Dhading, will remain closed again for 15 days. The District Administration Office, Dhading, said that the road will be closed from November 8 for 15 days.
Earlier, the Dharke-Sitapaila road section was closed from October 20 due to the work of blacktopping on the second layer in the Dharke-Thulo Khola section.

On November 6, the latest notice was issued by Assistant Chief District Officer Yuvraj Aryal of the District Administration Office, Dhading, mentioning that the road will be closed for 15 days, beginning November 8.
During this period, all types of vehicles except ambulances, vehicles used by security agencies and light vehicles (four wheelers) will be prohibited from using the road. The district administration office has urged the public to use alternative routes including the Galchhi-Bidur-Chhahare-Tokha road or the Dharke-Naubise-Nagdhunga road.
