Khapangi still critical

KATHMANDU, April 28:There is no improvement in health condition of former government minister Gore Bahadur Khapangi, who is undergoing treatment after a road accident.



He was critically injured after being hit by a motorcycle on the Exhibition Road while he was returning after taking part in the international indigenous film festival at City Hall, on Friday.  [break]



With his health condition not improving, Khapangi, who was receiving treatment at the emergency ward of Bir Hospital, has been moved to the Annapurna Neurological Hospital, Maitighar.



The Nepal Federation of Indigenous Nationalities (NEFIN) in a press statement today has demanded free medical treatment for Khapangi, who also is the founding leader of Rastriya Janashakti Party.
