Bangladesh envoy to Nepal pays farewell visit on PM Oli

Bangladesh Ambassador to Nepal, Salahuddin Noman Chowdhury, paid a farewell visit to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli today.

KATHMANDU, Dec 20: Bangladesh Ambassador to Nepal, Salahuddin Noman Chowdhury, paid a farewell visit to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli today.


In the meeting at the Prime Minister's Office, Singha Durbar, Prime Minister Oli thanked Ambassador Chowdhury for his contributions to bilateral relations. Prime Minister Oli expressed confidence that Bangladesh would quickly transition from its interim political situation to stability.

Ambassador Chowdhury informed the PM that Bangladesh has been learning from Nepal's peace process and political changes. During the meeting, discussions were held on various bilateral issues and the exchange of cooperation. Officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were also present on the occasion.


Ambassador Chowdhury is set to return to his home country after completing his tenure in Nepal.
