RUKUM EAST, Sept 21: Police have arrested 36 year old Farka Man Pun for allegedly raping a 25 year woman. Pun, a resident of Bhume rural municipality-2 had allegedly raped the woman who had gone to graze cattle in a jungle on August 21.
Police arrested Pun and initiated investigation after the victim filed a complain at the District Police Office on Thursday.
