900 vehicles in the Valley face actions for breaching rules set for HoR election

Security officials took control of 900 vehicles in the Kathmandu Valley on Thursday after they were found operating without taking permission issued for the elections of the House of Representatives (HoR).

KATHMANDU, March 5: Security officials took control of 900 vehicles in the Kathmandu Valley on Thursday after they were found operating without taking permission issued for the elections of the House of Representatives (HoR).

The authority had banned the operation of vehicles other than essential services targeting to control misconducts during the election period. According to the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, necessary action has been taken against motorcycles, scooters and other vehicles operating in violation of the rule.
