Sobita Gautam maintains lead in Chitwan-3, Renu Dahal trails by 803 votes

KATHMANDU, March 6: Sobita Gautam of the Rastriya Swatantra Party has maintained her lead in the vote count in Chitwan Constituency-3.



According to the latest results, Gautam has defeated her closest rival Renu Dahal of the Nepali Communist Party by a margin of 803 votes.

Gautam has secured 2,589 votes, while Dahal has received 1,786 votes so far.


Meanwhile, Shankar Thapaliya of the CPN-UML has received 537 votes, Tek Prasad Gurung of the Nepali Congress has secured 275 votes, and Deepak Magar of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party has received 113 votes.
