DHARAN, Jan 7: Police have arrested two men accused of raping a four-year-old girl and a 23-year-old woman in Dharan. The arrested men have been identified as Kailash Shrestha, 23, and Dilibahadhur Bhandari, 28.

Shrestha has been accused of raping the minor whereas Bhandari has been suspected of raping the woman inside a hotel on January 3. Both Shrestha and Bhandari are residents of Dharan, police said.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Sudam Sijapati said the preliminary investigation of the police has revealed that Shrestha had lured the minor to his apartment with a chocolate. Further investigations on both the cases were underway, DSP Sijapati said.
