KATHMANDU, March 26: Kulman Ghising has approached the Supreme Court following his dismissal as the Managing Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA).
On Wednesday afternoon, Lok Mani Pokharel filed a writ petition on Ghising's behalf at the Supreme Court.

The writ petition names the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation, and the NEA as defendants.
However, the writ petition is yet to be officially registered. The court said that the writ petition was not registered on Wednesday due to its late submission, and it will be reviewed on Thursday.
