KATHMANDU, March 27: The price of gold increased by Rs 1,300 per tola in the domestic market on Thursday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations, the price of fine gold has been set at Rs 174,800 per tola. On Wednesday, it was traded at Rs 173,500 per tola.
Meanwhile, the price of silver has increased by Rs 30 per tola. Silver is being traded at Rs 2,020 per tola, up from Rs 1,990 per tola on Wednesday.
