KATHMANDU, July 24: NMB Bank Ltd has said that it has opened NMB Academy with an aim to provide training to its staffers so that they can face future challenges easily.

Issuing a statement, the bank said that the in-house learning center will strengthen the bank's human resources by providing the best learning opportunities and skills to help them achieve greater work efficiency.
“This initiative is the first of its kind in Nepal. NMB is probably the first bank in the country to have such in-house learning facility. With the establishment of NMB Academy, the bank has achieved yet another milestone,” Sunil KC, CEO of NMB Bank, said in the inaugural ceremony, according to the statement.
