Nepali parkour athlete Sunar receives Int’l Mother Teresa Award

KATHMANDU, Nov 11: Dinesh Sunar, a renowned Nepali parkour athlete and Guinness World Record holder, has received the International Mother Teresa Award 2024.


The Swarna Bharat Parivaar Trust recently presented this prestigious award to Sunar in New Delhi, India, for his exceptional contributions to society, it is said.

“I am beyond honored and deeply humbled to receive the International Mother Teresa Award 2024, presented by the Swarna Bharat Parivaar Trust,”  Sunar said after receiving the honor.


Sunar is the first person from Nepal to win the Award. He has already set multiple world records, representing Nepal globally through sports, and playing instrumental roles in promoting social welfare, education, and cultural preservation.


It is learned that the International Mother Teresa Award honors individuals embodying Mother Teresa's spirit of compassion, selflessness, and service. RSS
