KATHMANDU, Nov 23: Nepal recorded 351 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday along with 273 recoveries and nine deaths, according to the latest information provided by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
As many as 10,174 samples were tested for COVID-19 on the same day. Of them, 313 PCR and 38 antigen tests turned out to be positive for the deadly virus.

There are currently 7,578 active cases of COVID-19 across the country. Among them, 6,869 are in home isolation, 431 in institutional isolation, 223 in ICU’s and 55 on ventilators. Similarly, 98 are currently in quarantine facilities. So far, 11,509 people have died from the virus across the country.
Meanwhile, the Kathmandu Valley recorded 138 cases of the virus on Tuesday. Of them, 105 were recorded in Kathmandu, three in Bhaktapur, and 30 in Lalitpur districts.
