KATHMANDU, March 21: Pradeep Pariyar, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC), has instituted a routine progress meeting with department heads every morning at 9:45 AM. This initiative aims to foster internal coordination and track daily progress, focusing on the achievements of the previous day and preparations for the current day at the departmental level.
“The meetings will be concise and will not interfere with our regular work or service delivery. We'll concentrate on substantive issues rather than procedural formalities. This approach will facilitate smoother progress by swiftly identifying and addressing any hurdles,” Pariyar explained, outlining the meeting's structure.
