CJ Sharma leaves for China to attend int’l legal cooperation forum

KATHMANDU, Sept 20: Chief Justice (CJ) Dr Manoj Kumar Sharma left for China on Sunday to attend the China Forum on International Legal Cooperation 2026.



Supreme Court spokesperson Arjun Prasad Koirala said Sharma departed for Guangzhou leading a Nepali delegation to the forum organized by the China Law Society.

Sharma’s delegation includes his wife, Uma Sharma, Supreme Court Chief Registrar Bimal Poudel and Deputy Registrar Rajendra Poudel.


Chief Justice Sharma is scheduled to return to Nepal on September 24.
