KATHMANDU, July 13: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Mayor Balen Shah presented the city’s policies and programs in the municipal assembly on Sunday.
During the assembly, Mayor Balen pointedly avoided addressing Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Saroj Guragain, who also serves as the assembly’s member-secretary.
