Ambulance with spotted deer caught by police

BAITADI, Feb 10: Police have taken under control an ambulance with a dead spotted deer. Darchula Police impounded the ambulance at around 1pm Sunday from Gokuleshwar market in Sailyashikhar Municipality-9. The ambulance belongs to Dilasaini Rural Municipality.

According to Inspector Khagendra Saud of Area Police Office, Gokeleshwar, the ambulance with registration number Sudurpaschim Province 01-001 Jha 346 was found carrying the dead spotted deer. The ambulance was handed over to the Dilasaini Rural Municipality by the Ministry of Social Development of Sudur Paschim Provincial government. Both the driver and his assistant are under police custody. According to police, they are investigating into the case.
