In the men´s light flyweight Laxman Saud of Kailali, Kamal Khadka of Kathmandu, Bikram Priyar of Armed Police Force (APF) completed the semifinal equation.
Saud defeated Army´s Dhanraj Mahato 15-8 and Khadka beat Raju Patuwar of Meghdut Club 12-10. Pariyar scored seven points against six of Aash Tamang of Naxal to reach semifinal.
In men´s flyweight (52 kg), Sudesh Manandhar of Nepal Police Club (NPC), Prem Chaudhary of Nepal Army, Chandra Jyoti Thapa of Dang and Kabindra Maharjan of APF booked semifinal berths on Wednesday.
Manish Aale Magar (Sunsari), Yukesh Nagarkoti (APF), Om Bahadur Pun (Army) and Dinesh Shrestha (NPC) reached the round of last four in men´s bantamweight category (56kg).
In men´s lightweight category (60 kg), Purna Bahadur Lama of APF, Gopal Sunwar of Army, Radhe Magar of Kathmandu and Surendra Bahadur Kathayat of NPC reached semifinal. Bhupendra Thapa of NPC reached semifinal in men´s light welterweight (64 kg).
Meanwhile, Sharmila Lama of Bhaktapur and Rama BK of Dang entered into the semifinals of women´s 45 kg weight category of the tournament organized by Nepal Boxing Association at the National Table Tennis Training Center, Lainchaur.
Pramila Pandey of APF and Geeta Thapa Magar of Dang entered into the semifinals of women´s 48 kg while Nisha Tamang of NPC secured her berth in the semifinal of women´s 54 kg.
